Music Artists and Podcasts Pages Launch

We've expanded the platform with dedicated sections for music artists and podcasts, creating a more comprehensive audio experience for our community.

Featured Track Integration Music artist pages now include a featured track player, allowing artists to showcase their latest work directly on their profile. This gives listeners an immediate taste of each artist's sound.

First Featured Artist: muktabees We're excited to introduce muktabees as our inaugural featured artist! She creates incredible electronic music that perfectly captures the innovative spirit of our platform. Head over to her Music Artist page to dive into her sonic world.

Although we don't have any podcasts yet, I hope to have our first one ready by next week!

Technical Improvements

Mobile Navigation Fix After temporarily breaking the mobile menu navigation (oops!), we've restored full functionality. Mobile users can now seamlessly browse all sections of the site.

Added visualisation to the music! This took a lot of trial and error with Claude and ChatGPT but we got there in the end!

Smart Audio Management Implemented intelligent audio handling so the main radio stream automatically pauses when featured tracks are played. No more competing audio streams - just smooth transitions between content.

Special shoutout to Claude for the persistence through 26 separate code iterations to get this feature working perfectly!

New Music

Techno Production Update Released a new techno track experimenting with the rumble kick technique. It's a rough cut and will keep working on this after my tinnitus goes away. Check it out on my Music Artist page.
